Read: Jude chapter 1 to Revelation chapter 1 (CEB, NIV, NRSV)

Reflection Question: Jude has strong words about the behavior of believers. What stands out to you as particularly personal? Since this day begins the book of Revelation, please consider this, as well: God blesses the one who reads the words of this prophecy to the church, and he blesses all who listen to its message and obey what it says, for the time is near. (Revelation 1:3) Revelation is the only book of the Bible that has a blessing attached to its reading. Yet, most people find it to be a challenging and difficult book. Pray each day that God will enlighten your understanding so that you might get a great deal out of your time in Revelation.
