Rev. George Plasterer - Senior Pastor

Rev. George Plasterer is our pastor here at Cross~Wind United Methodist and has been since November of 2008. After completing college at Indiana Wesleyan and receiving a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1979, he was ordained an elder of the united Methodist Church in 1983. George and his wife, Suzanne, enjoy spending time together, sharing devotions, and Starbucks coffee. They have four children who are grown and out on their own. But their home is all but empty with two parrots, a few fish, and their fox terrier named Annie. George enjoys running, lifting weights, teaching, and preaching as some of his favorite hobbies. Most of all, he wishes to grow in his love for God and others being faithful to the biblical witness concerning Jesus Christ.
